This policy explains how refunds work for our services.

Service Refunds

• Eligibility: Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
• Process: Please contact us at charu@growwhq.com to discuss your concern. We will first try to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide a solution, we will issue a refund.

   

• Refund method:
  • Clients in India – Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
  • Clients outside India – Refunds will be processed via PayPal or a similar platform.

     

• Conditions:
  • Refunds are not available for services that have already been completed or fully delivered.
  • Refunds are not available once work has started or is partially complete.
  • Requests made in bad faith may be denied.
• Refunds will be initiated within 7 days of receiving an approved request.

   

Link-Building Terms

• Link validity: All links we create are guaranteed to stay live for at least one year. If a link is removed during this period, we will provide a replacement link from a site with a similar Domain Rating (DR) at no extra cost.

   

• Quality assurance: Links we provide will not include “nofollow,” “noindex,” or “sponsored” attributes.

   

• Edits after publishing: Once an article goes live on a partner website, it may not be possible to edit or modify it. While we try to fix any errors, refunds are not offered after a link is published.

   

• Site selection: By approving or selecting a site for your link placement, you confirm that you have reviewed the site and are satisfied with your choice. We do not issue refunds for changes of mind after placement.

   

• Indexing disclaimer: While we only work with trusted websites, we cannot guarantee that every link will be indexed by search engines. Indexing is controlled by platforms like Google and is outside our control.

   

• Performance disclaimer: Our services are designed to support your SEO strategy, but we do not guarantee improvements in rankings or traffic since many factors influence search results.
